Hotel Policy

A one night payment with a credit card is required to guarantee the reservation.
Rates include the daily three meals per person.
Meals are served in a scheduled time of day.
No pets are allowed within the facilities.
No drinks or food are allowed into the guestrooms.
Visitors are allowed to make use of the facilities without lodging, as long as the hotel occupancy is not full.

Cancellations

In case of group occupancy on weekends and holidays, cancellations can be made up to 15 days prior to arrival.
In case of any reservation in any other weekend or holiday, cancellations can be made up to 8 days prior to arrival.
If the reservation is for any weekday, cancellations can be made 3 days prior to arrival.

If cancellation is made after the specified dates, a 50% charge will be made.
If made a day before the date of arrival a full charge will be made.

Credit Cards accepted are Visa and Master Card
Maximum occupancy Per Room is 4 Persons
There is a 50% charge for Late Check-Out
No Show charges apply if there’s no notice before 18:00 hrs.
